Group Breathwork Journey

This class is being held at: Flow Physio & Wellness 15 King St W, Bowmanville, ON L1C 1R2 NOT my home clinic! Conscious Connected Breathwork is a breathing technique where you intentionally connect your breath to the inhale with the exhale without any pauses between the breaths. Breathing in this circular motion increases oxygen and energy within the bodying, providing both physical and emotional benefits. It is a powerful and safe way to reach a deep connection to our bodies and our minds. Breathwork can help to relieve stress, promote deep relaxation, process or heal emotional pain and/or trauma, experience feelings of joy and/or deep inner peace, relieve physical pain, increase personal confidence and self discovery, break down energetic and/or emotional walls, and awaken your authentic self all while detoxing on a molecular level. Breathwork should not be done if you have any heart issues or are currently pregnant.
